Overview

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth management and high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular property inspections to guarantee adherence to legislation and ensuring compliance with current tenancy legislation.

  • Inspect properties regularly to ensure compliance with legislation and high-quality standards.
  • Effectively advertise vacancies to attract reliable and suitable tenants.
  • Screen potential tenants and conduct reference checks.
  • Draft and prepare rental and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently when required.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes in a professional manner.
  • Manage rent payment and ensure timely resolution of arrears if any.
  • Prepare financial reports for property owners.
  • Set and adjust rental prices to align with market conditions and landlord requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in property management or real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management laws and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
