This role involves overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth management and high-quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular property inspections to guarantee adherence to legislation and ensuring compliance with current tenancy legislation.
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure compliance with legislation and high-quality standards.
- Effectively advertise vacancies to attract reliable and suitable tenants.
- Screen potential tenants and conduct reference checks.
- Draft and prepare rental and lease agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently when required.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes in a professional manner.
- Manage rent payment and ensure timely resolution of arrears if any.
- Prepare financial reports for property owners.
- Set and adjust rental prices to align with market conditions and landlord requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field.
- Minimum of one year's experience in property management or real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of property management laws and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
