We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Transport team in Cairns. This role requires a strong understanding of TMR design requirements and 8+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the delivery of road infrastructure projects, aligned with TMR guidelines.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and business development.
  • Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members.
  • Evaluate and implement effective communication strategies to enhance client experience and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of projects.

  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation.
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges.
