Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 8+ years' experience, RPEQ accreditation, and a strong understanding of TMR design requirements to lead the delivery of road infrastructure projects in line with TMR guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting design delivery for road infrastructure projects
  • Contributing to proposal preparation and business development
  • Driving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring effective communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
  • Shaping the strategic direction of projects with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) – essential
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
  • Leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded
