Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with government agencies to enhance infrastructure safety on a major highway.

The objective is to reduce crash severity and frequency through targeted initiatives and upgrade existing infrastructure.

This program aims to achieve its targets by 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Manage routine maintenance programs and road rehabilitation projects within the district, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Contract Performance: Coordinate contract delivery and construction practices to optimize efficiency and best practice.
  • Operational Optimization: Operationalize project delivery to maximize system and process utilization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain relevant standards, policies, and legislative requirements for informed decision-making in road infrastructure projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to ensure quality and environmental aspects are identified and addressed for effective operation and project delivery.
  • Expertise in planning, design suitability, material use, resource allocation, and construction practices.
  • Skill in supervising resource allocation to encourage effective teamwork and foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Aptitude in identifying and managing stakeholder networks, expectations, and issues, including high-risk matters.
