Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the delivery of road infrastructure projects in line with TMR guidelines.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and business development, driving quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensure effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration.
  • Help shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) – essential.
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery, from planning to detailed design.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges.
