
Inventory Stock Reconciliation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced inventory professional to join our team as a Stock Reconciliation Specialist. This is a casual position with the possibility of permanency, and the successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
The primary responsibility of this role is to reconcile stock and stock levels daily to meet customer orders and reduce write-offs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all inward and outward stock has correct paperwork approvals, informing the plant of any issues and raising correct paperwork to rectify, and liaising with the planning department to ensure stock levels cover sales requirements and minimise stock dumps.
Inventory Control via SAPThe successful candidate will carry out inventory control, stock balances, and reconciliation on finished goods daily via SAP. They will provide daily, weekly, period-end reports as requested by the management team, and will be expected to have proven experience with SAP and strong Microsoft skills, particularly with Excel.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required for this role, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
