Inventory Management Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's inventory levels to ensure seamless and efficient operations across all business units. The Inventory Management Specialist will plan, coordinate, and monitor various inventory-related activities to optimize stock levels and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory control principles and be proficient in using ERP/SAP systems to manage inventory movements, track stock levels, and perform regular stock reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate weekly stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems.
  • Monitor cycle count reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage regular stock adjustments and inventory movements to correct SAP category locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DC Operations & Inbound, Purchasing, Ecommerce Business Unit, Customer Service, and Finance & Internal Controls, to ensure smooth inventory management processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Inventory Control within Supply Chain and Retail Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, and WMS.
