**Job Title:** Inventory Management Specialist

 

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and maximise stock disposition at our branches. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate daily inventory information to our team.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage and support daily inventory information provided to branches

 • Review and run SROs at scheduled times

 • Coordinate stocktakes with Inventory and Regional Business Managers

 • Create new part numbers and descriptions according to organisational requirements

 • Liaise with branches, suppliers, and distribution centres to ensure correct supply lines and reduce replenishment issues

 • Run cost control processes including order authorisations, autopay issues, stocktakes, stock adjustments, follow-up on late orders etc.

 

**Essential Qualities:

 • Administration skills at an intermediate level

 • Effective communication skills at all levels

 • Ability to multi-task while remaining organised

 • Computer literate at an Intermediate level with Excel

 • Determination to problem solve and seek improvements

 • Inventory management and industry knowledge a bonus
