Inventory Management Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory levels across the business, ensuring seamless execution of operations.

The successful candidate will develop and implement best practices in stock management, audits, and reconciliation, while driving stock optimization, clearance strategies, and volume projections.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems.
  • Track current inventory levels and align booked stock at distribution centers with purchase orders.
  • Monitor cycle count reports, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Make regular stock adjustments and manage inventory movements to correct SAP category locations.
  • Deliver stock snapshot analyses and discrepancy fixes.
  • Support Finance during internal and external inventory audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Inventory Control within Supply Chain and Retail Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, and WMS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
