Key Responsibilities- Collect data from initial loss notifications to ensure accurate capture of claims.

- Secure services for customers, including repair, mobility, and salvage options.
- Manage existing claims queries from customers, third parties, and suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding consumer duty responsibilities.
- Customer Service experience.
- Target-driven with KPI experience in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
