    Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, ensuring accurate entitlements and timely support.
  • Review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to make informed decisions.
  • Resolve claims efficiently while prioritising the wellbeing of those affected
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proactive case management.
  • Provide empathetic and compliant service to injured individuals, employers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay up to date with relevant legislation.
  • Identify opportunities for early intervention and rehabilitation.
  • Monitor claim progress and adjust strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvements through feedback and insights.

    What You'll Bring:
  • Some experience in customer service, call centres, or claims-related work is beneficial.
  • Ideally, some experience dealing with injury claims.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support others.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to show empathy in sensitive situations.
  • Comfort working with different types of information and explaining things clearly.
  • Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A background in psychology or allied health is a bonus, but not essential.
