This is an exciting opportunity for a Loss Adjuster to join our expanding Claims & Risk division in various locations across Australia.
- We are seeking individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to claims handling.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance industry services, including claims and risk management, legal, forensic accounting, injury management, investigations, training and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of loss and damage claims.
- Determine liability and negotiate settlements with policyholders and third-party claimants.
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to minimize losses and optimize outcomes.
