Job Description

Aged care leadership opportunity is available for a compassionate and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 105-bed residential aged care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents, while fostering a positive team environment.

The role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience. The successful candidate will have a collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
