Senior Aged Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Aged Care Nurse to join our dedicated team in Parkes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans. They will also deliver and promote high standards of professional care, providing clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Have minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting
- Possess prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred)
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders including residents, families, friends, medical professionals and colleagues
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Possess the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
