About the Role:

As the Residential Care Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring highest standards of care and service for residents. With a stable master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
  2. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  3. Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
  4. Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
  5. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
