The Residential Manager will oversee daily operations, drive operational and clinical performance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
- Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team and have access to a range of resources to help you succeed in your role.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor or Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
- Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
- A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
