Nurse Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 105-bed, single-level residential aged care home.
As Senior Nurse Manager (Aged Care), you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and service for residents. You will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience, and operate effectively within a stable, well-staffed environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
- Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
- Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years of relevant nurse leadership/management experience
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes
- Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
- Collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
