About the Role

The Residential Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience.
  • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community.
