Employee Relations Expert

About the Position- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance ER practices, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide insightful advice on employment laws, HR policies, and governance frameworks to support informed decision-making.
- Manage complex cases, engage in project work, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the success of our People & Culture team.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a focused Workplace/Employee Relations role within the Human Resources job family.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations System and its applications.
- The ability to apply data-driven insights to drive business initiatives and optimize results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and project management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills to identify, develop solutions for, and escalate potential issues.
Foster a fair and compliant workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ensure seamless interactions with key stakeholders, utilizing strong commercial acumen to influence transformational change.
