The role of an Employee Relations Advisor plays a vital part in our business as we seek to support and develop our diverse network of Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders, and Team Members.

This position involves providing hands-on workplace relations advice on a range of Employment Related matters, from general guidance to complex investigations of grievances and case management. You will be exposed to all facets of ER and have the opportunity to make a real-time difference to franchise business owners.

To succeed in this opportunity, you will need a degree in Human Resources or Law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain unbiased and impartial. You should be approachable, have high attention to detail, and organisational skills. Experience in commercial HR, particularly ER, is advantageous.
