Toll Group is seeking an Employee and Industrial Relations Specialist to join our central Human Resources- IR/ER team.

\

This role involves providing employee and industrial relations advice, reviewing and developing instrument interpretations, and liaising with specialist teams and the business.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters.\
  • Review and develop instrument interpretations across complex business landscapes.\
  • Evaluate adherence to key requirements and accurate interpretation of awards and agreements.\
  • Liaise with specialist teams and the business to provide timely industrial and employee relations advice.\
  • Provide weekly reports on status of matters raised.
\Requirements:\
  • Previous experience creating business proposals addressing complex ER, HR and IR issues.\
  • Relevant experience in providing advice on workplace, industrial and employee relations matters.\
  • Customer orientated, good people skills and able to work with people at all levels.
