**Employee Relations Expertise in a High-Performance Setting**

The organisation is currently seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join their progressive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a high-achieving and innovative environment.

**Role of the Employee Relations Specialist**

This role is based at the head office, providing day-to-day employee relations advice. The specialist will act as the Employee Relations expert for the NSW market, ensuring consistency across the organisation nationwide within the ER remit. They will work closely with the legal team to escalate any relevant matters, track all cases, and report on trends with the market. Additionally, they will lead on ER project work.

**Key Requirements for Success**

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an ER/IR or employment law role
  • Evidence of project management experience
  • A law qualification or extensive ER employment law experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources preferred
  • Previous experience working within the insurance or financial services industry preferred
