Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. This exciting opportunity centres around building strong relationships and providing exceptional support across our branch network.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about playing a significant role in our credit team. The focus of this role is to perform debt collection activity for all monies due and past due as detailed within the region, and in line with specified collection procedures and timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Following up on outstanding debt and negotiating suitable payment arrangements
  • Building long lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client files
  • Ensuring compliance with Nutrien's policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or debt recovery environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy with exposure to Microsoft suite
