Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an individual to fill a key role within our organisation, responsible for building strong relationships and providing exceptional support across our branch network.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers to discuss outstanding debt and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts and payments to identify any issues or discrepancies.
- Place relevant holds and blocks on accounts as necessary.
- Record customer notes and keep client files up to date.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
The successful candidate will be based in either Docklands, Melbourne or Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane office.
Requirements- Previous experience in an accounts receivable or debt recovery environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analytic skills and commercial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptable and willing to learn.
