Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our diverse client-facing advisors and their clients daily, effectively managing and collecting outstanding debts.
This fast-paced role will provide new challenges and excitement each day, as you establish meaningful connections with our clients and leverage cutting-edge technology to optimise debt collection processes.
### Key Responsibilities- Evaluate credit applications with a keen eye to assess the creditworthiness of our entrepreneur customers.
- Establish meaningful connections with our clients through regular phone contact.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to optimise debt collection processes.
- Contribute to building a best-of-breed financial process that streamlines our business operations.
- 3+ year's experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial/professional services environment, working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fantastic people skills and love working with good people.
