Product Support Specialist

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mining customers across Western Australia. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engine life database
  • Respond to urgent customer requirements - technical and product issues
  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as customers and engineers
  • Develop strong relationships with valued customers
  • Uphold company values and adhere to all policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach to business
  • Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
  • Mechanical training is desirable but not essential
