Job Title: Product Support Specialist

This role provides technical support and product expertise to clients across Western Australia. The successful candidate will be based in our Perth office with regular site travel, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and get the most out of our industry-leading products.

  1. Serving as the primary technical contact for clients, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting product issues in a timely manner.
  2. Providing training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of mining equipment.
  3. Liaising with engineering and manufacturing teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
  4. Preparing technical documentation and user manuals to support the implementation and use of products.
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve product offerings and customer service based on client needs.
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and support activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of heavy equipment design, operation, and maintenance used in mining and extractive applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical or product issues.
