Job Overview:

As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our products. You will engage with customers on-site to provide support through inspections, maintenance, and servicing. Our team members are hands-on and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular on- and off-site inspections of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on products and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • Collaborate with customers to identify areas for improvement and provide expert advice on quality products.
  • Commit to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in technical service within a manufacturing background is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to travel to customer sites as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS AND ABILITY TO DEVELOP STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS ARE ESSENTIAL.
  • You must be able to work in a physically demanding role and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
  • You should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
  • Relevant tickets/licenses are highly desirable but not essential.
