Job Description
As an emerging corporate professional, you will be responsible for managing complex customer challenges and developing expertise in banking products. You will have exposure to customers across various industries and will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and tracking customer documentation.

We are seeking a candidate who can apply a customer-centric approach to support the customer's business needs with suitable products and services. You should have prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending, as well as strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer's business and financial needs.
  2. Apply a customer-centric approach to support the customer's business needs with suitable products and services.
  3. Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and track customer documentation, banking transactions, and internal communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  1. Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending.
  2. Ability to manage strong customer relationships and handle service queries.
  3. Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  4. Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts.
  5. Ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations.
