About the Role

As a senior business relationship manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning IT services with business needs. This involves fostering strong relationships between IT and business units to ensure seamless collaboration and prioritise initiatives based on value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in business relationship management within global professional services, with strong IT support and business process integration knowledge.
  • Lead technical experts or teams, skilled in IT service management and complex problem-solving with minimal guidance.
  • Provide strategic advice, set annual priorities aligned with business goals, and drive large, impactful projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and communicate influentially to support long-term strategic objectives across business units.
What We're Looking For
  • Implement consistent Tech Governance and demand management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • Drive adoption of and improve awareness of the Tech Risk Governance framework across stakeholders.
  • Manage demand for IT services in line with digital strategy.
  • Understand business strategies and objectives, and align IT services to support them.
  • Facilitate breaking down barriers between IT and business units to enable fast, efficient operations.
