Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves guiding the Front Office Team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Daily Operations:

  • The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing day-to-day hotel operations with precision and expertise
  • They will lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, fostering growth and skill-building in a collaborative atmosphere
  • Collaboration with guests is essential to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
  • Contribution to roster planning and preparation is also expected

Leadership Qualities:

  • Proven track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in Hotel Operations
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure, driven by exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Mastery in both written and spoken communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
