Hotel Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing hotel front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient use of resources, and optimal commercial results.
As a seasoned leader with extensive experience in hotel management, you will have a strong background in managing labor costs and operating expenses. You will also have a demonstrated history of reviewing, delivering, and implementing service quality standards to ensure consistency and quality of service are aligned across your department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' previous experience in hotel management in a 5-star hotel or resort. A degree or diploma in hotel industry is beneficial. Additionally, you should have an understanding of and experience with leading professional hospitality teams within large hotel environments.
You will be accountable for driving business objectives, including customer satisfaction and commercial profitability. Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential for this role. In-depth knowledge and experience with Opera are required.
