About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Leader to take on a leadership role, driving our Front Office Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a high-performing team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily hotel operations with expertise and precision.
  • Leading the Front Office Team by example, promoting growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere.
  • Collaboration with guests to resolve challenges and provide personalized solutions.
  • Contribution to roster planning and preparation.
  • Demonstration of authenticity and showcase individuality in every shift.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in Hotel Front Office Operations, with a track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Mastery of both written and spoken communication.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
