About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Construction Project Manager to join our team at Buildability Group.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical functions for projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures across all project phases.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in line with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and engineering plans.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engineering tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

The salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package and performance-based incentives, opportunities for professional development and career progression, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
