Chief Project Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Project Coordinator to play a key role in the success of our SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software implementation.
As a key player in this project, you will provide strategic support and operational oversight while ensuring all aspects of the program are managed efficiently.
This is a 12-month contract based in Macquarie Park, reporting directly to the Program Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Support Program Leadership: Collaborate with the Program Director to oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software.
- Hands-on Project Management: Manage key workstreams and tasks within the program, including developing detailed project plans, scheduling, and ensuring all teams meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as an intermediary between the Business Program Manager and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication is maintained.
- Team Coordination: Oversee day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring project managers, consultants, and technical teams are aligned with program objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, and help manage and resolve issues as they occur.
- Change Management: Collaborate with the change management team to ensure seamless user adoption of new systems.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor the program's budget and resource allocation, tracking expenditures and ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
- Vendor & Third-Party Management: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
- Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, providing updates on progress and key milestones.
About You
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- You have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on ERP and HR system implementations.
- You have experience working alongside or directly supporting a senior program manager in large-scale ERP or HCM implementations.
- You possess a solid understanding of SAP Cloud and HR/payroll solutions, with the ability to translate technical processes into business outcomes.
- You are a skilled leader with hands-on project management expertise, including experience in planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- You have a proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-stakes project environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in finance, HR, or workforce operations is also advantageous.
