About the Role

The Next Step is seeking a Chief People Projects Manager to oversee various people-focused projects, prioritizing culture, performance, and reward initiatives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and secure their buy-in.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams comprising HR professionals and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Sustain a positive culture by implementing new HR initiatives and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Promote change management through effective communication and training.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR projects professional with a proven track record in managing people-related projects. A global work experience is essential, along with a strong desire to work in the financial services industry.

You will have excellent stakeholder management and time management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We require a commitment of at least 6 months, starting immediately.
