About the Role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and the broader P&C Team to deliver key people strategies and initiatives within the business. This role will focus on partnering with leaders across the operational functions to ensure organisational goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive ER / IR advice and interpretation across a range of matters.
  • Guide employees and leaders through significant change management processes.
  • Coach and empower leaders to develop their capabilities and take ownership of stakeholder groups.
About You

We are looking for a well-rounded HR Generalist with strong expertise and success in managing employee & industrial relations. You should be a clear communicator who collaborates and influences easily. You have experience in owning your own portfolio within a heavily regulated and dynamic environment and are keen to build on your existing HR skill-set.

You will be:

  • Agile and flexible with sharp decision making skills;
  • Action-oriented and results focused;
  • Proactive with a desire to learn and take on new challenges;
  • Collaborative, with a strong focus on internal customer service in building relationships and providing advice;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with demanding priorities;
  • Possessing a relevant Tertiary qualification.
