Key Account Manager Opportunity

Seeking an accomplished professional to excel in a dynamic key account management role.

Job Overview:

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Lead internal and external communications regarding service delivery, contracts, and pricing, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Support the planning and coordination of resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of contractual requirements for major customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in contract or project management with top-tier customers, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Previous experience working in equipment sales/rental or large industrial businesses, with a proven ability to promote and drive a positive safety culture.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
