Job Description

As a seasoned business leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for our key account with Coles, ensuring alignment with our organisational strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, manage trade promotional expenditure, and optimise trade spend.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Coles retail and online channels.
  • Build and sustain joint business plans with account contacts.
  • Provide clear direction to the sales team and internal stakeholders.
  • Optimise trade spend by developing strategies that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure all trade promotional expenditure stays within approved budget.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • Negotiation training (i.e. GAP partnerships).
  • Must have key account management experience in FMCG industry.
  • Proven commercial acumen and knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  • Background in top-level negotiations and people management.
