Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including monitoring payments and helping with credit control.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Support accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and doing basic reconciliations.
  • Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving billing issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and build great relationships with clients.
  • Assist with payroll processing tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Help the Accounts Manager with reporting, data entry, and general administration.
