**The Opportunity**:
We have recently established a new position to provide support to our People & Culture Team, work to ensure seamless recruitment operations and build our graduate recruitment campaigns.

Working closely with both the Director and Advisor in People & Culture, responsibilities of the role will include:

- Coordinating all recruitment including posting Job Ads, assessing CVs, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks and pre-populating employment contracts;
- Owning and driving our graduate recruitment campaigns - from liaising with universities, placing ads, screening, conducting initial interviews and coordinating the pre-onboarding program;
- Acting as the main contact point for recruitment enquires;
- Managing all pre-employment communication and engagement;
- Overseeing onboarding activities - scheduling them and ensuring everyone has completed their onboarding journey;
- Providing general administrative support to the People & Culture Team.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role - recruiting or general administration;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously;
- Good knowledge and understanding of Seek, LinkedIn, JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work cross functionally;
- A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data management.
