We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team, working closely with a key strategic business unit to drive commercial growth and improvement. As a true Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand the drivers of margin results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a Divisional Controller to review the full year profit outlook within the monthly management reporting process.
  • Provide data and analytic support for long-range plans and new product development.
  • Report and analyze sales volumes, margins, pricing, and Capex projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to drive commercial growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Cognos & Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A highly commercial mindset with manufacturing knowledge.
