Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, providing high-level sales support and expertise to customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support to drive business growth.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager to discuss sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively with branch management and sales teams via regular reports to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management, with a focus on customer relationships and growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with experience in using these tools to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape, with the ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales process or management qualifications, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous, as is a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
