We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne office as an Account Executive. This role is crucial in promoting our customer-centric culture among our existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive growth and retention.
- On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations and expand our market presence.
- Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone and our products.
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers to ensure timely conversion and growth.
- Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly budgets for both Temperzone and Hitachi, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
- Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, providing high-level sales support and expertise to customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support to drive business growth.
- Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager to discuss sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communicate proactively with branch management and sales teams via regular reports to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
We are looking for a professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
- Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industry, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management, with a focus on customer relationships and growth.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with experience in using these tools to drive sales and revenue growth.
- A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape, with the ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Sales process or management qualifications, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
- A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous, as is a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
