Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cash Control Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing our customers internally and externally, while supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining a robust control framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearance reconciliation
- Preparing Club banking
- Issuing and balancing floats
- Assisting with ATM preparation
- Balancing at the end of the shift
- Providing advice on process flows and reporting
- Balancing all Club monies
- Monitoring cash handling and POS variances
- Recording transactions
- Maintaining petty cash records
- Minimising cash exposure
- Implementing cash control procedures
About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong computer skills, hands-on accounting experience, and excellent communication skills. You should be self-directed, have strong numerical skills, and be able to work in a team environment.
