This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team as a Cash Control Officer. Reporting to the Group CCO Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our robust control framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearance reconciliation and preparing Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats for keno, bars and change bars
  • Assisting with ATM preparation and end-of-shift balancing
  • Providing advice on process flows and reporting, and monitoring cash handling within the organisation
  • Recording all transactions and maintaining petty cash records according to club policy
  • Minimising cash exposure during operational hours and implementing cash control procedures as required

About You

We seek a highly skilled individual with strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software) and hands-on accounting experience. As a detail-oriented and numerate professional, you should possess excellent time management skills, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card
  • Ability to travel when required, depending on business needs
