Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Cash Control Officer to join our close-knit team at Mounties. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our customers internally and externally, while supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining a robust control framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearance reconciliation and preparation of Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats, including keno, bars, and change bars
  • Assisting with ATM preparation and balancing at the end of the shift
  • Providing advice and recommendations on process flows and reporting
  • Balancing all Club monies and monitoring cash handling
  • Recording transactions and maintaining petty cash records
  • Minimizing cash exposure during operational hours
  • Maintaining and coordinating cash control procedures
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Micros POS, and Clubline accounting software
  • Strong hands-on accounting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills with high-level accuracy
  • Self-directed, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to travel when required
  • Possession of a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card
