Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service for both clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with basic bookkeeping or financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the team, handling data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Client Reception & Service: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and team schedules to support efficient workflow.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and managing office expenses.
  • Team Support: Act as a point of contact for staff, assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
