This is an exceptional opportunity to be a crucial support element, working closely with our national operations team to coordinate and manage critical workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create operational rosters for all services, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and financial constraints
  • Manage leave and temporary shift adjustments, including engaging external agencies as needed
  • Respond to queries related to rostering with empathy and accuracy
  • Identify rostering gaps and develop practical solutions
  • Contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced support environment

You are a skilled problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results under pressure.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in 24/7 rostering or resource management roles
  • Knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Bonus if you have used Emplive, Whispir, or Genesys
  • A strong sense of organization and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle calls professionally
  • A collaborative spirit with a focus on achieving outcomes for people, teams, and the organization
