As a Senior Ecommerce Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing key ecommerce trading activities within our direct to consumer (DTC) division.

This includes working closely with our ecommerce sales team to achieve our DTC sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills, with a proven capacity to prioritise and perform time-sensitive tasks.

You must possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organised and self-starting.

  • Managing ecommerce activities including campaign activations, site merchandising and product builds.
  • Driving best-in-class campaign activations by embedding robust working processes and planning and executing onsite merchandising and user journeys to optimise performance.
  • Supporting user experience enhancements, delivering projects to improve online journey's, product discoverability, and merchandising.
  • Working with the sales specialists in developing and planning onsite activations and initiatives.
  • Supporting and working with the wider direct to consumer team to assist in planning and executing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assisting in regular optimisation initiatives and day-to-day trading activities.
  • Supporting testing and implementation of new website enhancements.
  • Using data-driven insights to identify opportunities to drive conversion outcomes and solutions for improved customer experiences.
  • Reviewing content and funnel to find what is performing and the parts that are limiting conversions/creating sub-standard customer experiences: content, messaging, product implementation and develop plans to improve these areas.
  • Building an onsite merchandising strategy to drive sales and conversion (cross sells / up sells, product placement and promotions).

Key qualifications include:

Ecommerce Experience: 4+ years in ecommerce merchandising or optimisation.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UX, IA and Accessibility principles. Proficiency in using a Content Management System (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager & SAP Hybris preferable.

Soft Skills: Positive and proactive approach, strong interpersonal and group communication skills, high level of attention to detail and focus on quality, and a love of Digital and Ecommerce.
