Key Role for Ecommerce Growth and Expansion

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce professional to join our team. As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing operational Ecommerce activities, including product enrichment, improving online presence, and day-to-day communication with the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Product enrichment for all marketplaces
  • Improve marketplaces' online presence
  • Day to day communication with the warehouse & monitoring order fulfillment
  • Investigating shipment queries with logistic companies
  • Ordering of all packaging for the warehouse
  • Investigating order flow issues with relevant Ecommerce third parties
  • Working with customer service to improve customer experience.
  • Preparation of all Ecommerce shoots happening each month
  • Attending Ecommerce shoots and keeping track of shoot list
  • ECommerce projects - as directed by business requirements
  • Marketplaces performance report
  • All relevant weekly and monthly reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar Ecommerce/Content/Marketplace role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and energetic approach
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused with a consistent commitment to provide high quality customer service and go above and beyond
  • MS Office Skills
  • Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
